Oracle TDE protects data at rest in Oracle Databases without application changes, defending against attacks that
bypass the database layer and access stored database files directly. TDE prevents data breaches in the event
media devices are stolen.
P6R's TDE Connector for Oracle Database enables organizations to centrally manage and securely store cryptographic keys
for Oracle TDE in an Oasis KMIP complaint key server. P6R's TDE Connector acts as an external security
module for Oracle Database, connecting to your KMIP server where database master encryption keys will
be stored.
The connector supports both tablespace and column encryption.
