Standard Support

Project 6 Research's Standard Support program is designed to provide you answers when you need them. The Standard Support program provides general advise in using our platform API and other tools as well as providing examples if possible and guidance on the use of our APIs, interfaces, and methods.

Included in our Standard Support program:
  • 1 year of product maintenance included.
  • Access to our Knowlege base. The knowlege base provides answers to the most commonly asked questions.
  • Access to our support ticketing system which allows you track the status of your tickets online.
  • Fast response to help requests, usually within 24 hours but never more than 4 business days.
Maintenance
Our maintenance program gives customers access to scheduled maintenance/bugfix releases as well a minor and major version releases of their licensed products suring the support term.

Maintenance releases are bugfix only releases and typically include:
  • Fixes for defects such as crashes, race conditions, deadlocks, data corruption.
  • Security fixes.
  • Fixes for platform specific issues.
  • Documentation updates.

We never include new features in maintenance releases.

Minor releases can include:
  • Anything that could be included in a maintenance release.
  • Small new features.

Major releases can include:
  • Anything that could be included in a maintenance release.
  • Small new features.
  • Large new features such as new components or other technologies.
